Open For Business

Please note the following changes to our business operations due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis:

  • We are open, however, our physical office is closed to the public.
  • We are available during our regular hours of 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday by phone at: 717-285-4555 or email at: 
  • All staff and vendors will wear face masks while on-site where ever they may encounter a resident, such as in any common areas and while in any occupied units.
  • Outside maintenance services continue without interruption.
  • Inside maintenance services will be limited in some cases as we deem necessary and will be prohibited for any resident under self-isolation or self-quarantine. 
  • Residents are asked to social distance and wear face masks during any Maintenance visit and while in any common areas, laundry rooms, etc.
  • All scheduled move-in’s and move-out's will be permitted to occur as planned.  Please contact us with any questions and to arrange key pick-up & drop-off.
  • Applications for housing will continue to be accepted and reviewed.  Please apply online at
  • Tours and showings will be limited to vacant units only for approved applicants.  Only two people from a group will be permitted on-site and face masks are required to be worn for the duration of the appointment.
  • Rent payments will be accepted online, by mail and in the drop box only.  Please visit our Coronavirus Resource Page for rent due date information.
