Due to the current state mandate regarding businesses and COVID-19, starting Friday March 20th at 5:00 PM we are required to close our physical office to the public and limit some services.

All scheduled move-in’s will be permitted to occur as planned. Please contact us with any questions and to arrange key pick-up.
Applications for housing will continue to be reviewed. Please apply online at www.prospectleasing.com
Most tours and showings will be temporarily suspended, however, those with an urgent need for housing should contact us as shown above so we may make necessary accommodations.
Inside maintenance services will be limited to life-sustaining and sanitary needs. Please contact by phone or email during our posted hours or if an after-hours emergency, please call and use extension 4.
Please also review the notice on our website regarding April rent payments. Payments will be accepted online, by mail and in the drop box only.
We hope to receive permission very soon to resume our normal business operations.
