The cost of the Application is $15.00 per applicant/submission and must be charged to a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover). If all information is provided as requested a pre-approval response will be given within 24 hours of the time submitted not including holidays, weekends or extenuating circumstances. In order to obtain final approval supporting documentation including, but not limited to, copies of recent paystubs, W-2's, written landlord verifications, and photo identification will be required.
